After revolutionizing language learning with its app, Duolingo’s green owl decided to expand its teaching scope. Thus, you will be able to review your level in mathematics. Duolingo Math will allow you to improve your math through exercises, each more fun than the next.
Duolingo takes on the math
Over the years, Duolingo has demonstrated its effectiveness in learning foreign languages. If relying exclusively on the application will not make you a polyglot, it is clear that the mobile application gives you excellent and very practical bases when you start learning a language or helps you to progress if you have an intermediate level. It’s undeniable. And I speak knowingly. So, after looking into foreign languages, the green owl decided to give us the maths bump. And we can say that it is not won in advance. After several months of work, Duolingo Math is upon us.
Multiplications, divisions, fractions, perimeters, angles… Initially, Duolingo Math will give courses at CM1 level. If the application should come to the rescue of our dear darlings, we imagine that adults who have dropped math since the end of their studies will be delighted to rely on this novelty to raise their level. As with foreign languages, Duolingo’s technique for learning math will be repetitive and fun. The exercises are very visual, making it easier for students to remember and record them. Enough to fit many formulas into our skulls.
Like what Duolingo has accustomed us to with languages, Duolingo Math consists of several fairly quick exercises: in a few minutes, you can complete a lesson. Your progress is highlighted and Duolingo’s owl will not hesitate to call you to order if you flank and do not study for several days.
If to start, Duolingo Math offers courses for beginners, the application is currently preparing lessons for higher levels. Thus, everyone should find their account. Unfortunately, at the moment, this novelty of Duolingo is not yet available in France but it should not be long, we are sure. For now, Duolingo Math offers a beta version on iOS and iPadOS across the Atlantic. A little more patience, then…
