The MG4 Electric has less than 30,000 euros in France

The new MG4 Electric is the very first model built from the MSP platform, and aims to embody the spirit “innovative and dynamic” from MG Productions. We find here a compact car, 100% electric of course, which is adorned with a chiseled bonnet, LED headlights, sharp lines, a sculpted rear face and a contrasting black roof, not to mention particularly elaborate aerodynamics. and sized for maximum electrical efficiency. Note that at the rear, the lights are made up of a total of 172 LEDs.

On board, there is a cockpit that gives pride of place to technology, and which has been designed to maximize the space available with a dashboard and fine control elements, using high quality materials (according to MG) and neat adjustments. The floating design of the center console aims to create more space and incorporates useful functions such as smartphone storage with Qi inductive charging.

Note that the MG4 Electric has so far been exhibited (in orange) in a pre-production version, and that its counterpart camouflaged in black and white is currently finalizing its 120,000 kilometer tests across Europe. When launched in the European market this fall, the MG4 Electric will be available in 7 colours: Pebble Black, Dover White, Medal Silver, Andes Grey, Diamond Red, Brighton Blue and Fizzy Orange. On the autonomy side, the manufacturer promises a battery capable of traveling up to 450 km.

An MG4 Electric announced at less than 30,000€, and which could obviously compete with the Tesla at 25,000 euros that the most unconditional (and optimistic) fans of the American firm are still impatiently awaiting. Confident about the success of its new creation, MG Motor has already opened reservations for its little MG4 Electric.

The first 500 pre-bookings will also be awarded more than €500 in customer benefits, materialized by a domestic charging cable (220V – EU plug) and a universal MG charging card with a credit of €300.
