One of the novelties is the update of the PS Plus on PC, allowing to play a hundred games via the Cloud. Today we offer you a short tutorial to install the application, configure it and play PS4, PS3, PSP, PS2 and PS1 games directly on your PC.

Step 01: Download the PS Plus app

The first step will therefore be to download the PS Plus application for PC. To do this, just go to the official PlayStation website.

Step 02: installing the app

You will then need to install the application. There will be nothing very complicated here, you just have to follow the steps which remain very basic.

When you arrive on this page, the installation is almost complete. Click “Sign in” at the top of the window to sign in with your PSN account.

Step 03: Use the app

Once the first two steps are completed, you arrive on the PS Plus application on PC. You have direct access to the essential games of the service. Attention, it is important to note that not all PS Plus games on console are accessible on PC.

All the games are classified very precisely. You can search for your games according to their genre (action, adventure, racing, sport…). In alphabetical order. Or by media (PS5, PS4 and classic games, PS3, PSP, PS2 and PS1).

When you select a game, you go directly to its card. Here, it is not possible to download the titles, you can only play in streaming.

The quality of the games will therefore depend on your connection. It is strongly advised to subscribe to the service only if you have a connection that will allow you to fully enjoy your games. With fiber, we had no problems. Games run smoothly, there’s no lag, and the 1080p resolution allows for smooth gaming.

When you’re done playing, you can return to the main menu and quit your game as if you were on PS4/PS5 by pressing the “PS” button on the controller. Backups are directly stored in the Cloud. No update to do, just launch your application and play. Simple and efficient.
